Shame that they don't have 0 stars option. After bad experience with full service and mot, I just found out 3 months later that brakes where not replaced and paid for all full service. It seems to be cheap but the reason behind is because the service is not completely done. AVOID better to spend a couple pounds more somewhere else because you will eventually need to.
No complaints. Fast service.
I have full service booked with this garage through online SERVICINGSTOP. LYNK done a basic service and SERVICINGSTOP send me a full service report . and charged me full price. I made a complaint to SERVICINGSTOP with the LYNK garage report and mentioned that you have send me forged report. SERVICINGSTOP did not accepting and trying to mislead by replying, garage should not give that report to customer. DO not trust SERVICINGSTOP online website, because it is not a reliable .
They always try to accommodate the customer's needs, very happy with their service
ABSOLUTELY NO STARS BUT 1 WAS THE LEAST SHAME ON YOU LYNX AUTO Early October I took my car in for a full service and MOT which was due end of Oct but due to me residing in Eastbourne and working in Crawley I knew my mileage was high and wanted the car safe for me and my grandson, bill came to £450. 6 Days later the engine light came on and the code suggested catalytic convertor or Lambda sensor. They put a cleaner in the petrol, I paid £33 and told to see what happens, week later the light comes back on. Returned to be told it was definitely the catalytic convertor and not the sensor (The most expensive fault) though they didn't really know, after all my emissions passed with flying colours just 6 days before the 1st light came on, they didn't recheck them though. Took the car in for the catalytic convertor and as I live so far asked them to please be sure the part would fit before they put it on as I needed my car, so, I dropped it at 8.15am and at 4.45pm was told the part didn't fit and that my old one had been cut off and was on the floor, they were going to ring Euro parts and I waited for them to ring me back...…..at 5.30pm they all went home to their families and I was left in Crawley with no way of getting back to Eastbourne and they really couldn't care less, it took them 9 hours to realise it didn't fit....Really! 2 days later they soldered my old cat back on for yet ANOTHER £90 and off I went sounding like a boy racer (I am a woman of 53) What I didn't realise until a decent garage showed me on the ramp was that 2 years ago when LYNX AUTO replaced the mid and rear section of my exhaust ( They left me stranded then too for 4 days) that the catalytic convertor was part of that repair at the tune of over £650...……………….SIMPLY TRYING TO FLEECE ME FOR A NEW CAT CONVERTOR. The new garage tested the cat said it was fine and the emissions were perfect, it is the sensors, they also had to repair the hole that was left due to the wrong sleeve being fitted, hence the boy racer sound. My car is now running like a dream and has passed its mot at simply a fraction of the quotes. They used to be really good (or were they) for all I know I trusted when I shouldn't have! I think a line to Motor Ombudsman may be called for. An apology would be nice but I doubt I will get one!!!
